GRADUATE PROFILE
A Graduate Profile is a representation of the community's values and expectations for its students. It involves multiple stakeholders, including educators, parents, and community members. The should reflect the skills, knowledge, and dispositions that students need to succeed in college,, and life. It should also be flexible enough to adapt to changing needs priorities. By working together, stakeholders can create a Graduate Profile that prepares students for a bright future.

Pewaukee School District
Dr. Danielle Bosanec was the primary lead on our work to define the characteristics that we believe to be critical to develop in our graduates. The PSD Graduate Profile provides a comprehensive vision of the knowledge, skills, and dispositions that we believe make our students future ready in this rapidly changing world we live in. Danielle's expert leadership ensured that a variety of stakeholders contributed to the creation of a profile that inspires our students and staff to engage in authentic and relevant learning experiences that create a foundation for future success. Furthermore, Danielle worked with leaders from across our organization to embed the 6'C's of our profile into a variety of systems to sustain our commitment and application of these ideas through intentional integration
