One of the greatest blessings in my life has been the opportunity to combine my professional passion as an educator with the greatest joys in my life, my two sons!  I have worked in the Pewaukee School District in Pewaukee, WI as a teacher, school and district administrator, and have had the chance to watch my boys learn and grow in the same school system.  Whether I am watching them on the sports field or in the classroom, I get to support my community and my family at the same, making for a truly special life.

Having colleagues and mentors show me the tremendous gift educators are to others has inspired me to want to share my experiences with others.  I have had years of experience in various education and leadership topics and have a vast network of resources and other leaders to draw upon to meet the needs of the those I serve.  Additionally, over the years I have coached educators and leaders across the United States and in Canada.  Seeing those that I have coached grow into stronger leaders and into different roles has given me great pride.  I hope I have the chance to work with you to help your goals and dreams come true as well!
